Chocolate
Here you will find all molded chocolates, as well as broken chocolate and cocoa products. In the case of cast chocolate bars, there is a difference between filled and unfilled distinguish panels. The unfilled are all dairy, dark ones and white chocolate, as well as those with "sprinkling". Filled chocolates are all creamier (e.g. Zotter hand-scooped), more liquid or pasty filling.
Bean to bar chocolate is produced when the production takes place in the chocolate maker's house, starting with the cocoa bean, i.e. grinding, pressing, adding cocoa butter, etc.
